Traveling from the US to Kefalonia will require at least two flights. First, a flight from the US to Europe. Second, a flight to Kefalonia International Airport (EFL). There are several major European cities with non-stop flights direct to EFL - the most common being Athens, London, Rome, Paris & Amsterdam.

ROOM BLOCKSROOM BLOCKS

We have a total of 17 rooms reserved across the two hotels below (Princess and Kefalonia Grand). Keep in mind that both towns (Argostoli and Lassi) are neighboring one another making travel between the two fairly easy. Please contact our travel agent, Penny Karis, to arrange your hotel accommodations by May 15. After this date, we plan to release the unused rooms back to the hotel. Penny’s email address is pennyvkaris@gmail.com and please feel free to Cc us (tellyandzoe@gmail.com). Penny is a close family friend who has been kind enough to help us book these rooms. She has been in the travel industry for 30 years, having had clients visit Kefalonia over plenty of the years. Reaching out to Penny, she will be able to transfer the room from our name to your name. If you need to modify dates on the reservations, she will be able to assist if the hotel has availability to do so.

Located: Lassi Proximity: A charming resort town, Lassi is known for its relaxed atmosphere, stunning beaches within walking distance, delicious tavernas, and proximity to Argostoli. It is 12 minutes away from the church and venue. Details: We have 5 rooms booked for 5 nights (Saturday, 6/28 through Thursday, 7/3) and 4 rooms booked for 4 nights (Sunday, 6/29 through Thursday, 7/3). All reservations include daily breakfast. Located: Argostoli Proximity: On the main strip in downtown Argostoli, this hotel is closest to major dining, shops, and nightlife. It is 10-15 minutes away from the church and venue, and a 6-minute drive from the Princess Hotel – more updated of the two options. Details: We have 8 rooms booked for 5 nights (Saturday, 6/28 through Thursday, 7/3). All reservations include daily breakfast. This hotel does not have a pool. Located: Lassi Proximity: This hotel is a 6-minute drive from the Kefalonia Grand Hotel, and an 8-minute walk from the Princess Hotel in Lassi. Details: We did not reserve a room block at this hotel due to its 7-night minimum stay requirement. However, the bride and groom, along with their families, will be staying here from Thursday, June 26th, through Thursday, July 3rd. White Rocks is a luxury hotel with a slightly higher price point, but if you plan to extend your stay on the island and are interested in booking here, please feel free to contact Penny Karis.
