Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at your soonest convenience and by July 6, 2025!

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

This answer differs depending on the event! The welcome gathering on Thursday and the Hindu wedding events are open to all ages. While we love your kiddos, the Western wedding on Friday is for adults and any children/teens who are older than 10 years old. We will provide childcare and a kid-friendly dinner on-site at the venue for any children 10 years or younger.

Question

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Unfortunately our reception space can only accommodate a certain guest count, so please don't bring anyone who is not included in the RSVP request. Thank you!

Question

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking for anyone who wishes to drive for any of the events. There will also be a shuttle doing pickup/drop offs from the Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor. Ubers/Lyfts can be unreliable in this area so plan to order ahead if you are relying on them.

Question

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Absolutely! Be sure to mention all food allergies/dietary restrictions on the RSVP. We know that many of the guests are vegetarian, so there will be plenty of vegetarian food options, and we will not be serving beef.

Question

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Answer

Yes! Trentadue winery is fully accessible for wheelchair users. We will have three shuttles for transportation to/from the venue, and at least one shuttle is ADA accessible.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Summers in Sonoma are hot during the day and cool at night.

Question

Is it ok to wear Indian attire to the wedding if I am not Indian?

Answer

Yes! Indian attire is definitely welcome for everyone and is especially encouraged for the Hindu wedding ceremony on Saturday. Of course, only wear what you are comfortable wearing :) Common options for feminine attire: Saree*, Lehenga, Half saree, Sharara set, or an Anarkali suit Common options for masculine attire: Kurta-Pajama or Sherwani *Draping a saree is challenging for first-timers without help. You can consider going into a local Indian shop and having your saree pre-pleated for you, or you can wear another style like a lehenga. Other than going to your local Indian store, here are some websites you can try to shop for outfits: https://www.perniaspopupshop.com https://www.kalkifashion.com https://aashniandco.com https://www.azafashions.com https://www.utsavfashion.com https://www.saree.com https://tiabhuva.com/ thesareeroom.com
