For any guests who are in town, we will have a casual welcome event on Thursday night at a local bar! We will have a cash bar for drinks at this event so please plan accordingly. We would love to see you there so we can catch up a bit before the wedding!
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dress code: Black-Tie Optional or Indian Formal. The bride will be in white so please avoid white dresses/saris/lehengas :)
⏰ Ceremony Timing Our ceremony will begin **promptly at 4pm** To help us stay on schedule, we kindly ask that all guests **arrive before 3:45pm** so everyone is comfortably seated before the ceremony begins. 🚗 Travel Reminder Please allow extra time for Friday afternoon holiday weekend traffic when planning your trip. We are providing shuttles to/from this event. The **shuttles will leave at 3pm** from Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor. 👶 Children This event is for adults and children ages 10+. We are providing on-site childcare and a kid-friendly dinner for younger children at the venue. We are so excited to celebrate with you and truly appreciate your help in keeping everything running smoothly!

Dress code: Indian attire is encouraged (but not mandatory) for all guests! Modest cocktail dresses and suits are also welcome.
If you would like to participate in the baraat for Teja, please arrive around 3:30pm and leave on the **shuttle at 2:45pm** from Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor! The baraat is a processional of dancing that will lead Teja to the Hindu wedding ceremony. If you are skipping the baraat, no worries, just try to arrive no later than 4:15pm. A vegetarian dinner will be provided following the wedding ceremony. Due to the religious nature of the ceremony, the entire event will be alcohol-free. Kids of all ages are welcome to this event!
