5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Dress code: Casual
For any guests who are in town, we will have a casual welcome event on Thursday night at a local bar! We will have a cash bar for drinks at this event so please plan accordingly. We would love to see you there so we can catch up a bit before the wedding!
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dress code: Black-Tie Optional or Indian Formal. The bride will be in white so please avoid white dresses/saris/lehengas :)
The ceremony will start at 4pm, so please plan to arrive between 3:30-3:45pm to grab a seat :). We are providing shuttles to/from this event - see Travel tab for information. We love all your kiddos, but this event is only for adults and children/teens older than 10 years old. We will provide childcare and a kid-friendly dinner on-site at the venue for any children 10 years or younger.
3:30 pm
Dress code: Indian attire is encouraged (but not mandatory) for all guests! Modest cocktail dresses and suits are also welcome.
If you would like to participate in the baraat for Teja, please arrive around 3:30pm! The baraat is a processional of dancing that will lead Teja to the Hindu wedding ceremony. If you are skipping the baraat, no worries, just try to arrive no later than 4:15pm. We are providing shuttles to/from the venue - see Travel tab for information. A vegetarian dinner will be provided following the wedding ceremony. Due to the religious nature of the ceremony, the entire event will be 100% alcohol-free and there will be no reception after dinner. Kids of all ages are welcome to this event!
