For out-of-towners, Hood River is a popular summer destination. Since many folks are postponing their 2020 plans to 2021 due to Covid-19, we encourage you to book your lodging as soon as possible. They're anticipating a busy year. Please note that if you wish to stay across the river in Washington (White Salmon, Bingen, etc) there is a $2 toll each way. See our "Travel & Accommodations" page for more information.
We love your kids - we really do - but we want our wedding to be your night off! Please do not bring your children.
After getting your invitation, you will be able to RSVP online through this website by visiting the "RSVP" page. Please let us know—yes or no—by July 15, 2021.
Mt. Hood Organic Farms is a 200-acre working farm with a beautiful view of Mt. Hood. The farm hosts weddings on the weekends during the summer months. The ceremony and reception are primarily outdoors, with dinner and dancing held in the Apple House, which is an indoor-outdoor space. Please note that there is no heating or air conditioning at the venue. Parasols and fans will be provided during the ceremony, and we recommend bringing a light jacket, sweater or shawl for the evening hours.
Our ceremony and reception dress code is cocktail attire. Keep in mind the grounds are primarily grass with some gravel and dirt pathways. It will cool down toward the end of the evening so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.
The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m., so we ask that guests arrive at 3:30 p.m. Although there are no Uber or Lyft services in Hood River, a shuttle will be available for those that would prefer not to drive. Parking is also available on site.
Yes, there will be a shuttle at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Hood River that will take guests to and from the wedding. Check out our "Travel & Accommodations" page for all the info you need.
