Matron of Honor
Tabitha is Kaits cousin and her longest friendship. They have been together since Kait was born and have been best friends ever since. While they may be complete opposites in many ways, they have been close their whole lives and can always make each other laugh over their shared stories and inside jokes. They usually laugh at the goofy things their families have done over the years and make inside jokes about it. They can retell the same stories over and over and they never get old. They have seen each other grow so much over the years, from blanket forts at Kaits grandmothers house, to beach vacations and amusement park trips, to college tours and casino trips. They have been together from the beginning and have stuck by each other's side no matter what. Tabitha is Kaits true ride or die best friend and Kait is so blessed to have had her in her life for almost 30 years.

Tiffany and Kait work together at Junction High School as teachers. They bonded over their jobs, and watching Tiffanys kids play sports for Junction. They have taken many road trips to football games together to watch Bode and Taya, and always have so much fun. Kait also taught both of her kids and loved having them in class. The ironic thing about Kait and Tiffanys relationship is that Tiffany actually grew up with Brian and went to school with him and his brother. Tiffany has been there for Kait and Brian through their whole relationship and even helped plan the engagement. Kait is so glad to have Tiffany in her life as her best friend and is grateful for her helping bringing Kait and Brian together.

Kelli and Kait are cousins and the only 2 granddaughters. Kelli is the oldest granddaughter and Kait is the youngest. Our favorite time to be together is at Thanksgiving. It has always been a special holiday in our family and we have spent a lot of time doing different fun activities each Thanksgiving. We can always enjoy a fun shopping trip in Fredericksburg, or a random road trip to Del Rio just because we felt like going. Kait and Kelli also have a great bond over Kelli's son Mason. He will always be KK's little Mason-Man. As they have gotten older, Kait has gotten closer to Kelli and values their relationship so much.

Kait and Ashley became friends several years ago when Kait was living in Fredericksburg. They have shared many laughs and fun girls nights in Fredericksburg. Kait was excited to meet another girl who loved football as much as she did. Even though they cheer for opposite teams during Football season, with Ashley being an Alabama fan and Kait being an LSU fan, they still love to get together for wine, charcuterie boards, and football games. They have been together through some hard times and Kait is eternally grateful for her friendship and for being there through it all. Without Ashley, Kait would have been an absolute mess through some of her hardest moments.
Bridesmaid
Kait and Holly became friends when Kait started going to see Holly as her massage therapist. What some people see as a time to go relax and be silent, Kait saw as an opportunity to talk with Holly about everything under the sun. They figured out that they had a lot in common and got along very well. Neither one of them had a ton of girl friends in the past and soon discovered that maybe they could be friends and hangout with each other. They have bonded over their similarities and can always depend on each other to listen to whatever crazy stuff might be going on at the time. Kait is so thankful for Hollys friendship.
Bridesmaid
Hailey and Kait teach together at Junction High School. They became friends over their shared love of teaching and the fact that they could meet out in the hallway between classes to discuss which kid was driving them crazy for the day. They both teach language classes and share most of the same students, so they could really understand each other when it came to the kids. In fact, if any of our kids disappeared for too long on a bathroom trip, it was safe to assume they were actually in the other ones classroom. Kait and Hailey have grown to be great friends over the last year and Kait is thankful to have Hailey to help keep her sane at school.
Best Man
Brian and Mike are brothers and have known each other pretty much all of Brian's life. Even though Mike wanted Brian's name to be Jason when he was born. Brian has always looked up to his big brother and couldn't ask for a better role model. Brian even followed in his brother's footsteps and played basketball at Concordia University. Brian would go with his parents Donald and Ellen to watch Mike play in college and Brian always wanted to play where his brother played. Mike and Brian would spend many nights playing basketball, whether it would be in their back yard or at the gym. They would go on fishing, hunting, and vacations where they would always enjoy spending time together despite the age difference. Brian was always Mike's little shadow. Mike not only got to coach Brian his senior year of high school, but getting the opportunity to coach together with our dad, is probably our biggest achievement. Mike and Brian have come a long way from opening Christmas presents and wrapping them back up before mom and dad got home as kids, to both becoming successful coaches and inspiring many student athletes.
Groomsman
Cody is Kaitlyn's brother and my future brother-in-law. Cody got to come home from the Navy after about a week or two of Kait and I dating and was the first family member I got to meet other than her parents. I was a little nervous at first meeting the big brother but Cody and I hit it off right away and he may be the funniest person I have ever met. I really enjoy sitting and listening to all of his Navy stories and all what he has been through during his time in the Navy. Now Cody will be moving back to Texas and going to be game warden so I really look forward to getting to hang out and getting to know him a lot more. Cody is going to be a great brother-in-law and can't wait to be apart of his family and getting to become great friends.

Danny and Brian go back from their time coaching and teaching together at Louise. This is where they became brothers from another mother. Whether it is dressing up as Hulk Hogan and Macho Man Randy Savage to do a pep rally skit, or jamming out to music in the classroom, Danny and Brian know how to have fun. Danny was always there for Brian when he needed him and helped him get through some of the toughest times in Brian's life. We ride together, we die together, bad boys for life!
Groomsman
Brian and Trey first met when they worked together at Needville. Trey became the fourth basketball coach with Donald, Mike, and Brian. Trey fit right in and became the third and ugliest of the Blank sons. They spent a lot of time together after that whether it was at kids birthday parties, bar-b-ques, or state basketball tournaments until they all moved off and went their separate ways, but they always stayed in touch and got together when they could for some top golf or just to have dinner.
Groomsman
Brian and Jordan have known each other since their Kindergarten days at St. Joe. They were pretty much inseparable during their high school days whether it would be just driving around town or just playing video games at Jordan's house. And also the occasional mischief that they would get into, that their parents never found out about or Brian nearly burning his eye brows off burning brush for Jordan's dad. Jordan will always be like a brother to Brian even though they don't get to see each other as often as they want.
Groomsman
Brian and Nate met just recently as they worked together in Junction. Nate was Brian's assistant basketball coach, but Nate was more than just an assistant and more of a Co-head coach. Brian and Nate didn't become close until basketball and that is when Nate became more like a brother. Nate was there when Brian and Kait first met and Nate was always very supportive and happy for the both of them. Even though Nate abandoned and left Brian for a Head baseball job, Brian will never forget all Nate has done for him and Brian wishes Nate nothing but the best!

Mason is Kaits cousin and the son of her bridesmaid Kelli. Kait has been in Masons life since he was born and he stole her heart with those big blue eyes. Mason gave Kait her nickname that all the little cousins call her now, KK. She has been KK ever since he could talk. Kait would carry Mason all over the place when he was a baby. He probably would have never learned to walk if they lived closer to each other. Kait has always been very protective of Mason, and now as he has gotten older the roles have reversed. Brian met Mason at his Regional Finals baseball tournament in Lufkin in June 2024. Brian and Mason hit it off and got along great. After they left, Kelli texted Kaits mom and told her that Mason liked Brian but would still "choke him out" if he hurt his KK. Mason has always been very important to Kait and she and Brian are glad to have him be apart of their big day.

Camden is Brian's nephew and the son of Mike who is Brian's best man. Brian is also the Godfather of Camden. Camden really enjoys sports and especially baseball, so Brian spent many of days playing catch and throwing soft toss to Camden. They would also spend a lot of time playing basketball and Camden would drive Brian around on the golf cart. As Camden got older and started playing baseball, Brian would drive all over Texas to go watch him play. Camden has always been a very loving and caring kid, when Brian introduced Kait to Camden at a Cuero basketball game in San Antonio, without hesitation Camden just gave Kait a big hug. It took everyone by surprise, even Kait, but it shows what a sweet kid Camden is and he has always been that way. I can't wait to watch him grow up and become a great young man!

Eliah was one of Kaits students and also the President of her Spanish Club at school. When Kait and Eliah first met it was her first year teaching, and his first year in high school. They did not start off on good terms though. Eliah drove her insane in class and she thought she would end up quitting solely because of this kid. Eventually they wore each other down though and developed a super close relationship. Eliah became like the son she always wanted. Kait knew she could count on him to help her with any kind of welding project, and Eliah knew he could come to Miss Hicks with homework or any other problem and she could help him. When Kait and Brian first got together, Kait knew Eliah would be Brians toughest critic. He was brutally honest and would tell her immediately if he didn't like Brian. However, Eliah grew to like him and even helped when Brian proposed to Kait by walking her out to the middle of the gym during the proposal. Brian and Kait are so blessed to have Eliah in their lives and to have him as an Usher for their big day.

Aidan is one of Brian's basketball players and also was one of Kait's students when she first started teaching at Junction. Along with Caden, he is Brian's first senior as a Junction basketball coach. Even though Aidan knew Kait first, Aidan quickly knew who his favorite was (Brian). When Kait and Brian first started talking, Aidan was the first person that Brian told and when Brian told him that he was going to propose to Kait, he was so excited and couldn't wait for the wedding. So it is only fitting that Aidan be a part of Kait and Brian's big day. Aidan will always hold a special place in Brian's heart as one of the best players he has ever coached. He will also always hold a special place in Kait’s heart as one of her first students and one of the best. Can't wait to see what the future holds for Aidan and watch him do so many amazing things in life!

Angel was one of Kaits first students when she started teaching and quickly became like the son she always wanted. He was a Sophomore when Kait first had him in class and was one of the best kids she had ever met. He was always so sweet and helpful in class and soon found a very special place in her heart. Kait saw Angel’s amazing work ethic in the classroom and knew he was a great kid, so she thought that he would be a great fit as an employee for her dad. Angel started working for Olen doing A/C work in the summers and working around the ranch doing odd jobs. He is always there when they need him and they love having him around! He brings a hug and smile with him every time they see him. Even through hard times, he remains positive and is a radiant light in the darkness. He is a great kid and we are so happy to have him in the wedding. Angel has become part of the family and means so much to everyone.

Caden is one of Brian's basketball players and along with Aidan his only other first senior class as a Junction basketball coach. Caden was also one of the first students Kait had when she started teaching at Junction. Caden reminds me of me (Brian) when I played in high school. He knows the game of basketball and he is just like having another coach on the court. Caden and Brian have gotten a little closer this year with Brian also being a wide receiver coach this year in football. Caden has an amazing heart and will do anything that you ask him to do. With us being so much like each other, we do bump heads a little bit because we are both so stubborn, but in the end we both have the up most respect for each other. Can't wait to see what the future holds for Caden and watch him do amazing things in life!

Bode was one of Kaits students for 2 years and is one of Brians basketball players. He is also the son of Kaits bridesmaid Tiffany. Bode has a very special place in Kait and Brians heart, even though Brian may not admit it and likes to say that Kait babies him too much (which she admits she might baby him a little). Bode was always a great student to have in class and always came to class ready to greet Kait with a big Bode hug. On the basketball court, he was always a hard worker and gave it his all for Brian and his team. Bode loves picking on Brian and also picking up Brian, usually after Kait told him to, to get revenge on Brian for teasing her. Brian of course does not enjoy being picked up, but does enjoy that he and Bode can joke with each other. Bode is one of the sweetest, most well-mannered kids you will ever meet and this makes it impossible to not love him to pieces. Kait and Brian love Bode very much and are glad to have him help on their wedding day.

Chasen was one of Kaits students her first year teaching and his Freshman year of high school. Chasen was always such a sweet, respectful kid and always made Kaits day when he would come to class with a big smile on his face. Kait went to every football game, baseball game, and track meet she could to watch Chasen and support him. If you go in Kaits classroom you will see a wall of pictures of her and her students, this wall was started by Chasen. He was the first of her kids to ask to take a picture with Kait after one of his football games. Chasen will always have a special place in Kaits heart as one of her first babies. He always knew he could come to Kaits classroom whenever he needed anything or even if he was just having a bad day. She would always make sure to give him a big hug and take care of whatever was wrong. Chasen was even there the day Brian proposed to Kait and was so excited for them. Kait and Brian are so happy to have Chasen with them on their special day.

Presley has the most amazing personality and spirit! Kait found this out quickly when she had Presley in class her Freshman year of High School. Presley was always smiling, laughing, and finding ways to make Miss Hicks smile and laugh as well. Kait has laughed until she was in tears because of Presley and her awesome sense of humor. She also is one of the best piñata makers in the world (at least in Kait's opinion.) When trying to think of someone who could speak in front of everyone at the wedding, Kait and Brian knew that Presley was perfect for the job! They are so glad to have her be a part of their day!

Asa has to be the sweetest, most kindhearted, and loving kid in the world. Kait and Brian both know that when Asa is around, you can guarantee a big smile and a big hug will be coming their way. Kait had Asa in class for 2 years and even though he isn't in her Spanish class anymore, he still makes a point to come by and see her every so often. It always brightens her day when she sees him walk through the door. When thinking of a young man who would be able to read in front of everyone at the wedding, they knew Asa would be up for the task! Kait and Brian love Asa very much and are so thankful to have him in their wedding.

Jimmy is the smile and laughter that everyone needs whether they think they do or not. He is one of Kait's students and is Treasurer of her Spanish Club at school, he also plays basketball for Brian. Although Kait does not teach Jimmy in class anymore, they have still kept their close bond as Jimmy comes by to see Miss Hicks approximately 15 times a day. There is never a dull moment around this young man and we are so proud of all his accomplishments. Kait and Brian are both so happy to have Jimmy join them on their special day!
