We're getting married!

Brian and Kait met over their love of basketball and their students. Brian took his team to a 2 day basketball tournament in Menard over Christmas break. Kait loves basketball and the team was made up of her students she had in her Spanish classes, so she asked her mom to ride with her to go watch the boys play in the tournament. The first day of the tournament Brian and Kait spoke to each other, but Kait really didn't think much of it. Then, as the boys were in between games, Brian added Kait on Facebook. Kait thought surely he would message her or say something on Facebook, but he didn't. Day 2 of the tournament came and the boys ended up winning 1st place. Everyone was so excited for the boys and took lots of pictures to celebrate the big win. Later that evening, Brian messaged Kait thanking her for coming to the game to support him and the boys. This was where they discovered they had quite the connection and made plans to hangout. They have been inseparable ever since. If it weren't for the kids and basketball, this love story may have never happened.
