Welcome Happy Hour

4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Attire: casual to Sunday best to cocktail attire! Wear whatever makes you comfortable.

This event will be held at Teal's parents' house. Beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages and light bites will be available. There will no parking available at the house, so there will be shuttles going from a gravel lot north east of the Athletic Club of Bend to the house. The lot will have a sign that says “Teal & Dave Parking.” Alternatively, guests may take a Lyft, Uber, or taxi. Shuttle times and more information have been emailed. If guests would like to hang out after this event, we will be heading to The Grove in Northwest Crossing which has food and beverage options!

Shuttle from Bend Athletic Club / LOGE Bend to the Elk Lake Cabin

2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

The cabin has no parking available so wedding guests will be taking a shuttle for the approximately 35 minute drive up to Elk Lake. Masks will be required on the shuttle. Guest pick up will occur at 2:30 pm from two locations: - Athletic Club of Bend parking lot (61615 Athletic Club Dr, Bend, OR 97702). Pick up will be from a gravel lot north east of the Athletic Club. The lot will have a sign that says “Teal & Dave Parking.” If you are staying somewhere else in town and have a car or rental car, please drive to the Athletic Club. - LOGE Bend (19221 SW Century Dr, Bend, OR 97702). You are welcome to take the bus from here if you are staying at LOGE. There is no parking at LOGE for guests not staying at the hotel. There will be buses taking guests back to LOGE and the Athletic Club at 8 pm, 9 pm, and 11 pm after the wedding. More details and specific information about transportation has been emailed to guests.
