Unlike more traditional weddings, the wedding entrance will play out slightly differently. Each groom's mother will be walking their son down the aisle. Matt's mother and step-mother will both walk Matt down the aisle.
As both Matt and Kyle will be walking down the aisle, we ask that guests rise for both of their entrances.
Our wedding color palette is called "Coastal Romance" and includes: Poppy Red, Soft Ivory, Seafoam Mint, French Blue, and Navy Indigo.
No one is going to kick you out for what you’re wearing. But if you’d like tips on what to wear, we recommend Semi-Formal (Cocktail Attire). Men: Suits or blazers with dress pants and dress shoes. Women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Feel free to incorporate colors from our wedding palette, although totally optional.
Yes - anyone planning on attending must RSVP by the deadline, as our venue, transportation, and caterers need a head count and names for the events.
We ask that guests attending the Pre-Wedding Celebration Brunch in Colorado RSVP no later than September 18, 2025. For all wedding festivities held at the Walt Disney World Resort, we require all guests to RSVP by December 8, 2025. Due to the nature of planning involved with Disney, we need an accurate count of attendees, including guest names. However, don't worry if something changes last minute; we know life happens.
Ideally, we ask to have hotel reservations booked by the RSVP deadline (December 8, 2025), so we have an understanding of who will be staying on Disney property. However, the room block cut-off date is January 7, 2026.
You're more than welcome to book accommodations anywhere that you're comfortable. If you choose to book a room at a Disney hotel outside of our room block (i.e. with credit card points, DVC points, etc.), we ask that you email us your reservations number, so that we can have it attached to our room block, for accounting purposes. Please email mattandkylewedding@gmail.com with any questions.
We will be providing a Disney shuttle for those staying at either Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort or Pop Century for the wedding day only. The shuttle will pick up guests for the wedding ceremony and will drop off guests after the reception. We will share more information on the shuttles, once they're booked, but there will likely be two shuttle times leaving the reception (going back to your hotel). Please keep an eye out on our website for more information when it becomes available. Keep in mind that those staying at the Grand Floridian will not have a shuttle, as all wedding-day festivities will be on-site.
Yes - if you would like to let the kids have their own night while you attend the wedding festivities, you can leverage Kid's Nite Out - a babysitting service recommended by Disney. You can learn more on their website www.kidsniteout.com.
