Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Men: Suits or blazers with dress pants and dress shoes. Women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits.

Shuttle Pick-Up Times: The shuttle will depart from outside the resort's main lobby. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time, and look for our transportation coordinator with a Ramsay/Teague wedding sign. 4:00 PM: Pick Up from Disney's Pop Century Resort 4:15 PM: Pick Up from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort Wedding Schedule: 4:30 PM: Doors Open 5:00 PM: Ceremony Begins 6:00 PM: Pre-Reception 7:00 PM: Reception, Dinner, & Dancing Begins 11:00 PM: Reception Ends Shuttle Return Times: The return shuttle will pick up from outside the Grand Floridian Convention Center and will go to both resorts (Caribbean Beach and Pop Century). 10:15 PM: Early Departure Shuttle 11:15 PM: Final Departure Shuttle

Farewell Breakfast

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Note: Although we'll have the venue reserved until 1 PM, food service will only last from 10:15 AM - 11:45 AM.
