What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony location between 3:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Elegant attire that is comfortable for dancing. Our ceremony will be outside located in the grass while our reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were given a plus one on your invitation, you are more than welcome to bring a date. We are trying to keep our day intimate and celebrate with close family and friends.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests a night of relaxation, we respectfully ask that no young children attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform Cassidy or Eric about any food allergies at least one month prior to the wedding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue (ceremony and reception) where guests may leave their car over night if needed.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus to and from the venue running before and after the wedding. Shuttle will run from the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn.
