All guests will be required to show proof of a negative rapid test taken the day of the wedding, regardless of vaccination status. This will be checked upon arrival, ahead of the ceremony. Our reception will be mostly indoors, so this will ensure the health and safety of all attendees. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help sourcing a rapid test, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Due to limited capacity at the venue (and the desire to have an intimate wedding), the event will not include children. Call the sitter or the in-laws, it's parents' night out!
Our wedding ceremony will be held at the Shakespeare Garden in Golden Gate Park. Our reception will be at the historic Haas-Lilienthal House, a separate venue in San Francisco's Pacific Heights district. (~15 minute drive apart). Neither venue has dedicated parking (that's SF for ya!) so if you're able, we recommend taking a car service to the ceremony. Then we'll provide a shuttle to the reception venue. If you do drive, there's paid parking available near the Shakespeare Garden at the Music Concourse Underground Garage. For our reception venue, there's paid parking available at Express Parking located at 1776 Sacramento St (0.3 miles away).
The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception mostly indoors but with an outdoor area. San Francisco's climate is temperate and it's common for the fog to roll in later in the day. We recommend bringing a jacket/layers.
