Wedding Party

Madison Leonard

Maid of Honor

This wedding may not be happening if it wasn't for Madison Leonard! She has been the most faithful friend, roommate, co-nurse, and better half of Maige Taynard for the past 3 years. We helped lead one of the first college lifegroups together, lived together, conquered nursing school together, and now get to struggle through adulthood together. She's humble, loyal, 100x more patient than I am, and is going to change the world. I can't imagine this day without her!

Reagan Taylor

Bridesmaid

She's seen it all! She's been there since the very beginning before I even knew what boys were. Reagan is honest and passionate about things she cares about. She doesn't let people settle for less than they deserve and makes it a point to make her feelings known, and Daniel is no exception. She is a tough one to please but Daniel managed to win her over and they've basically been siblings for a little over a year now. I can't wait for her to help me whip Daniel into shape over the years to come :)

Beth Cook

Bridesmaid

OH BETH! There are no words. Our relationship began as roommates Junior year when I made her climb on a ladder to kill a cockroach I was too scared to take care of myself. She's only proven herself to be more strong and powerful. She keeps me humble- calling me out when it needs to happen, and has left me rolling on the floor laughing more than anyone I've ever known. As we've said before, we promise to roast each other until we're in assisted living and this day will be no different (all out of love).

Abby Jones

Bridesmaid

Abby is the longest friend I've had, seeing me all the way through elementary school to now. She cried when I told her I was dating Daniel and cried when I told her we were engaged. Her enthusiasm for life and love for the people around her make everyone feel safe and cared for by her. Abby would give you the shirt off her back if she thought you liked it that much. I've never met someone so generous and can't wait to have her by my side!

Sophie Walker

Bridesmaid

There's no other way to introduce her than FAB! Sophie and I have only known each other for a little over a year but she's quickly become one of my closest friends. Sophie has brought an Irish-Houstonian flair to my life that I didn't know I needed! She is a hard-worker and big celebrator. Her support and excitement for this wedding almost tops mine. I can't imagine partying at this wedding without her right next to me!

Emily Wible

Bridesmaid

While she's only 2 years older than me, Emily is much wiser than me. She's mentored me for the past two years and has been a close friend through all of the ups and downs. She carries a high level of passion and commitment to her friends and works her hardest to make people around her feel known and loved. She doesn't take leading college students lightly and now we get to have her stand by us as we're the first Antioch College couple to get married!

Sydney Bivens

Bridesmaid

Sydney was one of my first good friends at UT. We met at Ignite and only grew closer after that! Sydney carries a spirit of joy and lightheartedness with her everywhere she goes. She lights up a room when she walks into it and lets everyone feel comfortable to be themselves. Her walk with God has been inspiring and pushes me to lean into my relationship with Christ even more. It's only fitting that she's next to me for 8/23/20!

Tyler Foglesong

Groomsman

A proud alumnus of the Aggie Men's Club, Tyler is the most successful of the groomsmen. We met as teammates on the Katy Lonestars on Field 3 at Katy Pony. Since that day his music taste has expanded to include the likes of Notorious B.I.G., Pinegrove, Walk the Moon and Drake. He is a well known front runner who supports Duke Basketball and Chelsea (only when they're relevant). He is a faithful friend in all seasons, one who is quick to encourage and pray for you. But most of all he keeps me culturally relevant.

Wesley Chang

Groomsman

Wesley would give the most interesting man in the world a run for his money. He once trained for a triathlon by playing pick up basketball a couple times a week and successfully completed it. Wesley can be spotted on the Ski slopes once a month while the rest of his co-workers are busy coding but its chill cause its Wesley. He brings joy and fresh life everywhere he is and I'm lucky enough to have had him as my friend ever since we cheated together in freshman Pre-AP Biology.

Luis Valderrama

Groomsman

Luis and I first became friends before we could even talk and that was the earliest sign that our friendship was gonna last a while. We grew up together wreaking havoc at any and all Venezuelan choirs/live nativities/first communions our parents made us go to. Luis is a simple guy. He likes to play guitar shirtless and go on long walks at the beach. He is the most likely to find his wife at our wedding. Luis loves the Lord and his passion for His ways and those around him are what make him a special friend.

Zach Schindler

Groomsman

Here we have another groomsmen that I met on field 3 of Katy Pony while playing for the Katy Lonestars. That was a special group of 8 year olds we had that year. Zach had the privilege of being my roommate for 4 years throughout college. The many life lessons and skills I taught him in those four years are far too long to jot down here but if you get the chance I would encourage you to ask him about them. Zach was one of my earliest friends and one that has always been there for me as a voice of wisdom and for that Im eternally grateful.

Jeremy Galasso

Groomsman

The "Rabbi" of the group. Jeremy should be the easiest to spot of the groomsmen due to the fact he will likely be wearing shorts and chacos on the dance floor. He also has the unique distinction of having graduated from Taylor a whole decade before any of the other groomsmen THS Grads. Jeremy is a faithful disciple and one I can confidently say all the groomsmen look up to. He makes up for his lack of timeliness with his intentionality and love for those around him. We are all blessed to have Jeremy in our lives.

Ryan Hill

Groomsman

AKA the Unit. Ryan is the mitochondria of the group. Just like the mitochondria acts in cells to breakdown nutrients and create energy rich molecules, Ryan is the kind of friend that you can bust a chill with and leave more energized than before. A man of few words at times, but when he does speak be sure to listen because there are sure to be some bits of wisdom you didn't see coming. Ryan is a faithful friend, the greatest audience for my jokes and an absolute stallion. He is the powerhouse of the group.

Ty Markee

Groomsman

The most likely to appear on Shark Tank of the groomsmen. He is known for his entrepreneurial skills and huge biceps that will likely be busting through his suit. Ty is the youngest of the groomsmen and it shows because he still believes in superheros. I first met Ty when Zach and I hosted him on his recruiting visit at the Hilltop. Ever since then I've known Ty to be a servant leader and a consistent friend. I've also saved his life multiple times. You should ask him about it.
