Travel Note
BOOK BY DATE: July 1st, 2025 Rooms are completely non-refundable starting October 13th, 2025. Once the 200$ booking deposit is paid, additional payments can be made through October 12th, 2025. Final payment must me made on October 12th, 2025. No exceptions. Rooms cannot be held if balances are not paid in full at this time.
Hotel
Per the Hotel's wedding policy- Guests who book outside of the room block or stay off property will be charged a fee per person /per wedding event/ day pass. This is the Hotel's policy, and is payable directly to the hotel's wedding coordinator.
Travel Note
Roundtrip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) is a service we provide. The transfers that are already included in the rates are direct, non-stop between the airport and hotel. Only guests from the wedding group will be on these private transfers. Guests from outside the group or staying at different hotels will not be on your transfer. These private transfers will reduce your wait time and transfer time from the airport to the hotel. In order to confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flight details to the transfer company by January 1st, 2026. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your complete and accurate flight itinerary as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee your transfers if we do not receive your flight itinerary by the due date. Important- We will send a flight collector form for you to submit your flight details to us, but if you wish to forward us your flight confirmation from the airline, that will work too.
