WHAT ARE THE TRAVEL DATES?

Answer

You're free to make this a vacation and travel whichever dates suit your schedule, however the bride and groom will be at the resort Monday, February 16th - Monday, February 23rd.

WHAT DATE DO I HAVE TO BOOK OR DECLINE RSVP BY?

Answer

July 1st, 2025 The sooner you book the better, as room categories DO sell out. This is a popular resort, and there are other wedding groups booked for the same travel period. We can add rooms back to the group on an as-needed basis after that, but this is based on hotel availability and current room prices.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue’s capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our special day an adults only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

IS THE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE?

Answer

Yes, unlimited food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, nightly entertainment, room service and an abundance of other services and amenities are all included with your stay. Please check back for the updated “things to do” tab for more activities on and off the property. Some activities are included whereas others are an additional cost.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

Answer

1. You will review the room options via the booking link (see "Travel" tab). 2. Once you have chosen a room type and are familiar with important information, you will scroll to the bottom and find the "When you are ready to book, click here" link. 3. This is a form to request your reservation through the travel agency. You will NOT place your deposit through this link at that time, so do not expect to pay just yet. 4. The travel agents will contact you via email to confirm your reservation & invoice. Once confirmed, they will provide a link to your personal payment portal via email. 5. The first $200 per person deposit + travel insurance if chosen, secures the booking and is due by July 1st, 2025. 6. Once the deposit is made, you can continue to use that personal payment portal to make any payments towards your final balance. The balance will be due by October 12th, 2025. 7. Please book your flights and provide flight information to the agents via email by January 1st, 2026 in order for them to book the transfer from the airport to hotel and back.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE ROOM CATEGORY I WANT TO BOOK?

Answer

If you see a room category on the Hard Rock website that isn’t listed as an option on our travel link please reach out to one of the agents (Jenn or Erika) to request rates in the room category desired. Of note the category of (Deluxe Gold) is not available in our group rates.

I'VE BOOKED MY ROOM AND PLACED THE DEPOSIT. HOW DO I CONTINUE MAKING PAYMENTS?

Amazing!! So happy you can join us. To continue making the payments at your own pace (or, complete final payment due in October) please use the link sent to you in your deposit confirmation email. You can use that link multiple times.

WHEN CAN I BOOK MY FLIGHT?

Answer

Flights via the airlines are released no more than 10 months prior to travel date. For example flights for February 2026 will be out in April 2025.

CAN I BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH THE TRAVEL AGENCY?

Answer

Yes, you may book flights on your own or through the travel agency. If booking on your own, your flight information is due to the travel agency by January 1st, 2026 in order for them to set up round trip airport transfers.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER EVENTS THAT I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

Answer

Yes, when you arrive at the resort there will be a printed itinerary of all events. We will also update the schedule tab as we add things.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR?

Answer

Small US bills for tipping staff is highly encouraged. Reusable water bottles are highly recommended as the resort doesn’t hand out water bottles. You will be provided with 1.5L bottles daily in your room, but the bars and restaurants serve filtered water in cups. A light jacket or sweater. The estimated highs are 75 and lows are 60 with a constant breeze coming off of the pacific ocean.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Beach Formal. Light, airy attire is encouraged – think sundresses for women and linen pants or khakis with a button-down shirt for men. Men will be required to wear pants and closed toed shoes.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during our wedding ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
