The event is semi-formal. There is a small walk down a grassy hill to the ceremony site and loose gravel under the seating area, so certain high-heeled shoes may not be a suitable choice.
Yes! While the ceremony itself will be outside from 4:30pm-5:00pm, the following cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in a fully air-conditioned building.
The sooner, the better! Please RSVP through this website by no later than July 29th, 2025.
If you would like to bring a plus one that is not listed on your invitation, please list them in the plus one section of your online RSVP. We cannot accept any additional guests that have not RSVP'd and been confirmed as added to the list by Lindsey or Ashton, due to our event requirements.
Yes! We will have menu labels at our buffet line that address allergy and dietary needs. We also have a vegan friendly and gluten free entree that we ask you to select in your RSVP as we will need to notify the caterer in advance. In addition, please let us know through your RSVP or contacting us if you or anyone in your party has additional dietary concerns that we should be aware of.
Let's all cross our fingers and hope for a beautiful, cool, sunny evening! If the weather should be cloudy or slightly sprinklish, we will still attempt to hold the ceremony outdoors, in which case you may bring an umbrella and utilize it! If the weather is rain or not optimal for an outdoor wedding, we will move the ceremony indoors to the reception hall.
We will serve beer and wine to guests through our event's bartender, as well as other refreshments such as sweet iced tea, lemonade, water, soda, and coffee. We ask that you please drink responsibly and remember last call for alcohol will be one hour before the reception ends.
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
