Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal. Sunday best.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is highly recommended to arrive between 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Everyone attending should be in there seats by 4:15pm. Please keep traffic in mind with it being a Tuesday evening. Late comers will not be permitted entry until after the ceremony.

How long will the reception be?

Answer

The reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the same location. The reception will last until 10:00pm.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and reception will take place outdoors. Please keep the weather in mind. It is November so it will get chilly at night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the City Hall right across the street. Enclosed in the invitation is a map of the venue for parking.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Besides the champagne toast, alcohol will not be served at the wedding. Non-alcoholic beverages will include: soda, water, lemonade, tea, and coffee.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged. The bride and groom request the joyful sight of your smiles, without the distraction of electronic devices.

When should I RSVP by and what is the best method?

Answer

The deadline for all RSVPs is October 1st. Guests may RSVP by mail using the RSVP card enclosed in the invitation. If preferred they may also RSVP through the wedding website.
