OUR LOVE STORY
Nine years in the making & we’re just getting started.
Sammie & Mike went to the same high school but moved in different circles, until one hometown party. Mike couldn’t take his eyes off Sammie, thanks to her lefty Beirut shot & her contagious smile. Six months later, he reached out to a mutual friend (thanks, BFREE) & a slow-burning story began.
Sammie held out for a year & a half, but behind her polite refusals, she admired Mike’s persistence, warm heart, easygoing nature, sincerity & the way he cherished his family & friends.
The summer she au paired in Italy, they spoke every day, & the moment she returned, Mike asked to make it official.
Over nine years, they’ve shared countless memories, bought their first home, traveled near & far, & created traditions like anniversary dinners at Duxbury Beach. As their ten-year milestone approaches, they can’t wait to continue their story, one filled with laughter, endless possibilities & more love than they ever imagined.
