Question

Is COVID-19 raining on our big day?

Answer

No way! Because we are hosting our wedding outdoors on private property, we are not being forced to cancel/postpone. We feel confident in our guests to make the best decision for their safety and those around them. Please do not attend if you or anyone in your family is sick, or have been around anyone else who has been sick. We completely understand anyone's decision to not attend due to not feeling comfortable being at a social event during this time. If you choose to RSVP that you are unable to attend, please honor this decision; We need our guest count to stay consistent between the time of our RSVP due date and wedding day, allowing our vendors to properly prepare. The only Corona we are allowing at our wedding is the kind served cold with lime. ;)

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

You may RSVP on our website by clicking above on the "RSVP" tab, or fill out the RSVP card included with our wedding invitation and send back with the pre-stamped envelope we provided. Please respond no later than May 27th!

Question

What type of venue is the property?

Answer

We chose to do a total DIY wedding at a private residence between Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming. We will be saying "I do" at an outdoor forest ceremony and dancing the night away at our reception under the stars. An event tent will be used during our reception if the weather forecast shows rain.

Question

What is the parking situation like at your location?

Answer

We definitely recommend car pooling! Not only is it better for the planet, we also want to make sure our guests have enough parking due to limited parking space.

Question

How can I find your location?

Answer

Follow the directions found on the travel tab of our wedding website -OR- put our location's address into your Google Maps app on your phone and let it lead the way! We will have balloons and signs to help you find our location after you exit onto Piney Creek Road.

Question

Lions, and tigers and bears?

Answer

Sometimes bears, but mostly BUGS! Because we are choosing to do an outdoor celebration next to Piney Creek, we recommend you wear your favorite type of insect repellent. We plan to have a supply of all-natural repellent and regular repellent for all the deet lovers out there. Citronella candles and tiki torches will be used to help as much as possible.

Question

Will there be food at the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be providing our guests with dinner catered by Qdoba, as well as one of our favorite desserts - FRUIT PIE!

Question

How about drinks?

Answer

For those looking for a little extra courage on the dance floor, we encourage you to BYOB! Liquor, beer, wine - whatever you fancy can be brought along to help make our big day and night one you'll never forget, but struggle to remember. ;) We will supply water and possibly some other types of beverages.

For all the days along the way
