The deadline for RSVP is September 20th. As much as we would love to have all of our guests attend once the deadline is surpassed we will not be able to add any more guests. Our final headcount must be turned in to both our venue and caterer on Friday, September 20th.
The name is Villa Tuscana Reception Hall and the address for both the ceremony and reception is 1915 W. Guadalupe Rd. Mesa, AZ 85202. Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible.
Our ceremony will take place outside. During this time of year it can be a little chilly out so you may want to bring a sweater/jacket. Our reception will take place inside as well as the cocktail hour.
Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget so we can't simply afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we just ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. We hope you understand.
Although we love your children we are only able to invite the children of our family. We hope you understand and can enjoy celebrating the night with us!
Yes, there will be an open bar. Our bartenders can ask for ID if they believe you are under 21 and "no shots" will be allowed per our venue's policy. Also, we will have soda, coffee, lemonade, and ice water available for those who do not drink.

If you would like to bring your gift there will be a table designated for presents inside where our reception will take place. If you want to send your wedding gift then please send it to the bride's parents house. If you need the address please contact either Taylor, Trevon, or Angie.
All guests should arrive 30-60 minutes before the ceremony starts. It will give you plenty of time to find a seat and mingle. Also, keep in mind there may be traffic and or construction so you may want to give yourself extra time to get to our venue.
Our wedding reception including cocktail hour is from 3:30-10:00pm. As of right now we're not entirely sure if there will be an after-party but I will provide an update as it gets closer!
We'd prefer for our guests to be unplugged during our ceremony and enjoy the special moment with us but if you would like to snag a few photos then that's perfectly ok with us! During our reception, you're more than welcome to take photos and there will also be a photo booth!
