We do love your little ones, we really do. However we do ask that you make other arrangements for your children unless specified on your invitation. A small group of family members, including the children in the wedding party and those traveling a long distance will be in attendance until a certain time. We hope you can enjoy your night off and stay and celebrate with us!
This is a western style semi formal wedding. Ladies and Gentlemen, we ask that you please dress classy and tasteful. Appropriate attire would be a cute summery dress or some dress pants with a nice shirt. Cowgirl boots and a hat are highly welcomed! Gentlemen, Please no t-shirts, sneakers, baseball caps, or shorts. Nice jeans and button up would make for appropriate attire. Dress slacks, dress shirt, and a tie are acceptable as well. Boots and cowboy hats are highly recommended! This is an outdoor ceremony, so please make sure to dress for the weather. The colors of the bridal party are forest green and rust. If you are not immediate family or apart of the bridal party, we ask that you please avoid wearing these colors. Thank you (:
The use of phones and cameras are not permitted during the ceremony. Any special pictures will be captured by our wonderful, talented, photographer. Photos may only be taken by guest during the reception.
Although Vesperman farms is a pet friendly facility, this is a pet free wedding. We all love our pets as if they are family, but we ask that you please leave all pets at home.
YES! Our vendors require an accurate headcount several weeks ahead of the wedding date in order to properly serve our guest. We ask that all RSVPs are submitted by July 15th 2023. After the deadline has passed we will have to assume anyone who has not responded will be unable to attend, meaning there will not be a seat or a meal prepared for you. Meals and seats will only be provided to those on the invite. Please do not bring an additional guest if it was not permitted on your invite or cleared with Taylor and Travis before hand.
The bar will be available to guest through out the night. During cocktail hour the bar will be a cash bar and during dinner and the reception we will have an open bar. If you are planning to get a little wild throughout the night we ask that you please find accommodations to help you safely get home. A shuttle service will be provided through Vesperman farms to the Lancaster hotel at the end of the night.
Yes, Vesperman farms has a large spacious parking lot for guest.
Our venue is located on a large plot of land and our ceremony take place towards the back of the property. Some walking will need to be done so make sure you wear comfortable footwear and be able to walk on grass. If you are not able to make the walk, a shuttle service will be provided to those who need a little assistance.
