Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is not strict and serves more as a guide, the attire suggested is formal. Think midi or long dresses and suits.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will shuttle guests as ubers can be unreliable. The shuttle will pick up guests at 4:30 at the hotel, one bus will return early to the hotel for guests at 9 pm. We suggest you stay until the end to see a special sendoff, all guests will be returned by shuttle at the end of the wedding. There will be and open bar so please ride the shuttle and do not drink and drive :)

Where should we stay?

Answer

We encourage guests to stay at our hotel block at the Embassy Suites in downtown Greenville, breakfast and happy hour are included with stay! There’s shuttle will also be transporting guests to and from the wedding from the hotel. Our wedding weekend is a home Clemson game so we encourage guests to secure accommodations early as things can book up quickly :)

Will any event be outside?

Answer

As long as the weather is nice, we will have our ceremony outside followed by an indoor reception. SC weather can be wild in October, anywhere from summer heat at 80F to fall temps mid 60s-70sF.

Although we love little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we suggest you ride the shuttle from the hotel block to minimize drinking and driving. The venue is about 20 min outside and downtown and getting an uber is unreliable. Please do not drink and drive, the shuttle will make two return visits, one at 9 pm and the rest around 10-10:30 after the send off!
