We have exclusively booked out our venue, Villa Cariola. Booking the venue exclusively means we can celebrate our wedding for an entire weekend in one central spot privately with all of our favorite people and everyone will be able to stay on-site Check-in on July 19th 2025 at 2:00pm Check-out on July 21st 2025 at 11:00am All of our events throughout the weekend will be held at Villa Cariola which makes a weekend stay there the perfect pairing! To book your room at the venue, please contact our wedding planning team at team@kaynorthrupevents.com by April 30TH 2025. The subject of the email must be “Taylor & RJ’s Villa Cariola ROOM RESERVATION” and please include the following information; 1.The number of guests on the reservation 2.The first and last name of each guest on the reservation 3.Date of birth of each guest on the reservation 3.Billing Address for the reservation 4.Email address of each guest on the reservation 5.Phone number for the reservation Accommodations are priced per room. Your room will be assigned to you. Once your room reservation is received and processed, a confirmation email will contain the details of your room pricing. Passports and VisasPassports and Visas
Passports Please be sure to check the validity of your Passport. If your passport will expire within 3 months of your trip to Italy, you will need to have it renewed as soon as possible. EU Visas As you may have heard, the European Union has new regulations called the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS). This program has been delayed to the spring of 2025. Once more information is shared about the official rollout of this program, our wedding planners will share the needed information with you!
