Join us for a casual welcome dinner at "The Tree Bar" with drinks the night before the wedding! Transportation The welcome dinner will be held at The Tree Bar at Gozzer Ranch beginning at 6:00 PM. A boat shuttle will depart from the downtown Coeur d’Alene docks at 5:30 PM, followed by a short car shuttle to the dinner location. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early as transportation runs on a schedule. Return boat and car shuttles will be available throughout the evening, with the final departure at 9 PM. For those in the wedding, rehearsal will start at 5:30 pm on the lawn next to The Tree Bar.

Join us for an outdoor ceremony followed by a light cocktail hour at The Tree Bar. We’ll then move to "The Orchard" on-site for a family-style dinner and dancing under the lights. Boat shuttle service from downtown Coeur d’Alene to Gozzer Ranch will start at 3:30 PM, followed by a short shuttle to the ceremony lawn. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early, as transportation runs on a set schedule. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held at The Tree Bar before guests are transported to The Orchard for dinner and dancing. Return shuttles will depart The Orchard at 10:30 PM, with a final boat returning to downtown Coeur d’Alene at 11:00 PM. For guests wishing to depart earlier, boat shuttles from Gozzer Ranch will be available approximately every hour throughout the evening.

Join us for a casual farewell breakfast for anyone still in town. We’ll be gathering at Sheryl’s place to wrap up the weekend and say goodbye before everyone heads out. A boat will depart from the downtown Coeur d’Alene docks at 9:30 AM, followed by a short walk to the condos from the dock. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early as transportation runs on a schedule.
