We have a small room block available at the Four Seasons, just across the street from the Sonnenalp. The Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party will take place at the Four Seasons. Check back soon for the booking link for rooms starting at $525/night or call the hotel directly and reference the Glyman/Wafer Wedding for booking.

For an alternative option, we recommend the Lodge at Vail which is only a short walk to the Four Seasons/ Sonnenalp. Epic Passholders recieve 20% off at booking.

Flight
Denver International Airport
For flights into Denver, we recommend flying into DIA. EPIC Passholders receive 20% off the Epic Mountain Express Shuttle. Reservations can be found at www.epicmountainexpress.com. For shuttles from Denver Union Station to Vail Transportation Center, for $20 each-way, check out https://ridebustang.com/routes/denver-avon/ Rental Cars are also available out of DIA and it is roughly a 2 and half hour drive to Vail.
Flight
Eagle Airport
For those who would like to fly directly into Vail, the nearest airport is Eagle Airport and roughly 30 minutes from Vail. Rental cars, Ubers, or Private transportation options available to Vail Village. Private Transportation can also be arranged through Four Seasons.
Rental Car
Vail Transportation Center
Vail Village is walkable with shuttles going through town and to the Vail Transportation center. Uber and Taxi are also available. Transportation will be provided to and from the Four Seasons for the Wedding. If you are interested in exploring the mountains, rental cars are available at either airport, however, are not necessary.
