Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen, tuxedo encouraged or dark suit. Ladies, formal gown or elegant cocktail dress. The Ceremony will take place on grass and the temperatures can drop so please dress accordingly.

While we love your kids, this is a 21+ adults-only wedding.

Space is limited and we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Sonnenalp, with Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party taking place at the Four Seasons across the street. We also recommend the Lodge at Vail. There are various other hotels within walking distance or AirBnBs in the Vail Valley.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided between Vail Village and Camp Hale. Shuttles will begin departing from the Four Seasons at approximately 3:30pm. Camp Hale is located in a remote mountain setting and we strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the provided transportation. Return shuttle service will be available throughout the evening, allowing guests to return to Vail at their convenience. Guests who prefer to drive are welcome to do so, and parking will be available at the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, for those that would like to drive to Camp Hale, parking is available. The address for Camp Hale is 7088 US-24, Red Cliff, CO 81649. For those that are driving, please plan accordingly as the drive is roughly 30 minutes from Vail and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:15 to grab a welcome drink and get settled.

Is there Cell Service at Camp Hale?

Answer

Please note that there is no cell service at the venue. Wi-Fi will be available if needed, though we encourage guests to unplug, stay present, and enjoy the celebration.
