Yes, we suggest flying into Heathrow then take the Heathrow Express direct to London Paddington (~15–25 minutes). Alternatively, take the Elizabeth Line (slower but cheaper) to Paddington. Driving Sudeley Castle and it's surrounding village Wincombe is a 90-minute drive from London Heathrow. If you're comfortable driving on the other side of the road, there are plenty of options for rental cars. We have had good luck with SIXT. For those wishing to organise a taxi, there are multiple options to use and whilst Uber is easily available in London, we would recommend booking with an independent company in advance for a guaranteed service. We've used Addison Lee for pre-booked taxis.
The closest train station is Cheltenham Spa, which is a 15-20 minute drive (via bus or taxi) to the Sudeley Castle & Estate. There are also some car rental options in Cheltenham.
We will provide transportation from one central meeting spot in town on the day of the wedding to and from the castle.
90 minutes door-to-door from Heathrow Airport (traffic dependent) if driving or taking a hired car. If you choose to take the train, it will take longer, but you won't have the stress of driving. But you also won't have a car to explore the cotswolds.
Yes, we highly encourage booking trains in advance to ensure you get seats and also the cheapest price. We use Trainline. Paddington Station to Cheltenham Spa.
Plan to arrive by 3 pm Friday, June 11 if you can make the Welcome Party. If you want to attend the Thursday, June 10 "cottage crawl" -- come at any time you can enter your cottage!

We are unfortunately quite aware that airfare is absurd right now. British Airlines does a sale in January to keep your eyes out for. We suggest setting alerts to google flights to notify you of cheapest flights.
