Covid19 Ceremony Requirements

Answer

Prolonged, direct exposure increases the spread of Covid19. We ask that everyone in attendance at the church is wearing a mask. For those taking pictures with us, weather permitting, we will take any group pictures outside of the Church. We will take the masks off for pictures, but we ask that you keep them up until your picture is being taken.

Party Bus Asks

Answer

We will be using Ollie the Trolley for our party bus and alcohol will be provided. It's a 34 person bus and we will have roughly 23 people on board. Do your best to space out if possible, and please keep your masks on when you are not taking a drink.

Lauritzen Gardens' Requirements (Party Bus)

Answer

We will arrive at the Lauritzen Gardens just before 5 when the Gardens close. We will have an appointment to be there, but while in the building, before 5pm when the staff leaves, they have asked us to keep masks on at all times. After closing at 5pm, we will move to the conservatory to take pictures inside. When we stop to take each picture, we will then be able to take our masks off for the picture, but you will need to keep them up otherwise. Weather permitting, we will move to the back of the gardens to take a few pictures outdoors & then we will head back on the bus.

Blue Sushi - Reception Asks

Answer

We understand it will be difficult to keep masks on during the reception, we just ask everyone to do their best to keep them up while moving throughout the room, or traveling downstairs to use the restroom in the public dining area.
