Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Though we suggest semi formal, there is no dress code! We want you to be comfortable. Our colors will be earth tones.
The ceremony starts at 3pm, but please arrive at 2:45 to get seated!
Party Bus
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We will take some formal pictures with the wedding party after the ceremony, from 4-4:30. Guests invited on the party bus will be able to hop on the bus after the ceremony for drinks before we get on!
Pictures at Lauritzen Gardens
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
We will just use this time for wedding party photos. You are able to come in and see the gardens while we are taking pictures if you would like and we will provide the ticket for you! If you would like to stay on the bus and keep the party going, you are welcome to do that as well! Please see the FAQ section for Lauritzen's asks on Covid19 policies while we are there.
Reception
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

There are 3 floors to the restaurant. The first 2 floors are for public dining. The reception will be held on the 3rd floor of the restaurant, which is a private party room. There is a side entrance that opens to a flight of stairs & will take you to the third floor. When you are facing the restaurant, you will see the main doors with the blue awning above, the entrance that leads you to the party room is to the left of the main entrance. Go directly up the stairs. You will pass the red Sake bombers lounge, go up one more flight of stairs, and you will come to the party room. 5:30 - Doors open for guests, "Cocktail Hour", there will be an Open Bar and Graze Table available for appetizers 6:00 - Wedding party arrives 6:30 - Buffet is served 7:00 - Open Mic for Toasts 7:30 - Slideshow 7:45-9:30 - DANCE *The restrooms are on the 2nd floor - you will be able to take the elevator up and down*
