What about the pandemic?

Answer

As of this writing, our venue has removed all COVID restrictions. However, as restrictions are constantly in flux, we will note any changes here.

Question

I already RSVP'd for the old date, what should I do?

Answer

Please do RSVP for our new date even if you already responded for the previous date.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are providing shuttle buses to and from Caesar's Windsor to Sprucewood Shores. The shuttles to Sprucewood will depart at 4pm sharp from the valet area at Caesar's (McDougal St between Riverside Drive East and Chatham St East, underneath the hotel lobby). The return shuttles will depart Sprucewood for Caesar's at 11:00pm and 12:30am.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

There will be informal gatherings on Saturday evening (July 9th) and Monday morning (July 11th). Please see the "Schedule" tab for more details.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail, please. Ladies, wedge or block heels are recommended as there is a combination of grass and gravel at the ceremony site

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of on-site parking at Sprucewood Shores

Can I take pictures on my phone?

Answer

We ask that you keep your devices off and away during the ceremony, but go nuts during the reception!

Your presence is more than enough! However, if you're feeling generous, we are registered on Zola and Crate & Barrel
