Wedding Dress Code
The wedding is a formal black tie event. Ladies, please wear floor length gowns. Avoid any excessively bright shades of color. This means black, neutrals, deeper hues or muted colors. Gentlemen are to wear tuxedos or dinner jackets and slacks, bow ties or neckties and dress shoes or fashionable sneakers. Darby Derby Dress Code
The Darby Derby is our version of the Kentucky Derby. We want you to go all out! There will be prizes given for the best outfits. Ladies think tea length dresses in bright fun colors, your cutest heels or wedges, and of course big fun hats and fascinators. For the gents, wear your Sunday Best! This means button downs in light and bright colors, slacks or linen suits, suspenders, and of course Derby Hats! Keep in mind that Del Mar can get hot during the day.
