We're Getting Married!

Let's set the stage: It's 2021, a plague is ravaging the globe, shutting down bars and restaurants, leaving millions of bored and desperate singles confined to their homes. With both of us barely on the other side of thirty, entering what we considered our prime (so far), we were not going to let these years go to waste. Cue the dating apps. We tried them all, Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble, ultimately, it was The League where we finally met our match. It was not smooth sailing from the start. Taylor describes his early experience dating Mikah, like being a contestant on the real life version of The Bachelorette. Looking back, Mikah remembers telling friends, "He's super hot, but definitely NOT boyfriend material." It took some time (and maybe an ultimatum) to get on the same page, but by our 5th date, Taylor was planning our life together. He said, "One year from now, we're going to be engaged." From that day on we both knew. Here we are now, a year later almost to the exact day, just months away from our wedding. We found something in each other that we didn't know was missing. Now we can't imagine our lives without each other. This is only the beginning of our story. We look forward to writing many more chapters, with all the people we love most in this world.
