IN LIGHT OF THE CORONAVIRUS, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING YOUR BOOKING POLICY FOR REFUND/RESCHEDULE ABILITY PRIOR TO BOOKING! The closest airport is Austin Bergstrom International Airport. It's very easy to catch a taxi, uber or lyft from the airport, or you can get a rental car at the airport to make it easier to get around the city throughout the weekend. Our venue is approximately 25 minutes away from the airport. We've secured a group room block at two hotels within 10-15 minutes from the venue (closer into South Austin), but please feel free to stay wherever your heart desires. If you choose to stay downtown please plan for extra traffic. Airbnb and VRBO is also a great option if you'd prefer to live like a local! You could even stay out in the Dripping Springs area for a little bit more of a hill country feel.
