Here's the plan!

...JUST A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL

We're so excited to celebrate our love with all of our family and friends and hope that you will all be able to join us on Friday, December 4, 2020, barring any government mandated lockdowns at the time. Regardless of the situation, we understand that many of you would have to travel to be with us, and while we hope that you can, we absolutely understand if you aren't able to work it out, particularly since we have rescheduled. While we are excited to still have our wedding reception, we did not make this decision lightly, and are taking the pandemic very seriously. If you're planning on attending, and have concerns that are not addressed in our FAQ section, or you're at higher-risk for COVID please contact Taylor or Michelle directly so that we can do our best to accommodate you! As there are changes to local and state regulations we will update accordingly and let you know of any major changes.

How we met.

A Tinder Success Story

Taylor's Version: I had met a few other people on dating apps, but none of them ever really amounted to much of anything. When I started talking with Michelle, I never felt more comfortable just talking and being myself. When I finally met her, it felt like I had known her my whole life. I got to the place we agreed to meet at first, and I had a little trouble identifying her because she was wearing a GIANT winter coat because it was cold outside. I immediately lost my first date nervousness and we just sat and talked for hours about anything and everything. I didn't want the night to end and I am so happy because it really never will. Michelle's Version: We met on a popular dating app called Tinder! I liked to talk to people in the app for at least a week before meeting them to make sure we're going to click, but Taylor asked me out within a day or two and I agreed! We met at The ABGB (Austin Beer Garden Brewing Co) and instantly knew that we liked each other. I still remember walking up outside and seeing him in his Navy jacket that has his last name on it (easily identifiable!) and loving how tall and cute he was! Taylor likes to say that I was wearing this giant puffy coat because it was December and cold outside, but it wasn't that puffy y'all! We had a couple of beers and just sat and talked and joked around all evening! I thought Taylor was very charming, funny, and very easy to be around. He even talked about bringing me to visit Chicago and meet his family on the first date, so I knew he was serious! We quickly became comfortable with each other and things just felt right :) It felt like we'd known each other for a long time, and now I'm super excited for that to be our future!

What to Expect?

Here's the situation.

Venue: We're getting married at Pecan Springs Ranch here in Austin, TX. It's just outside the city before Dripping Springs. Our venue is indoor/outdoor and if the weather cooperates our ceremony will be outside, but if not, we'll stay indoors. Keep an eye on the weather before you pack :) It's December in Texas so it could be freezing/icy or totally gorgeous and 70s. Atmosphere: We're keeping things light and fun! There will be music, food, drinks, dancing, and even some lawn games! Attire: Not super casual or super formal! Just something nice in between that you'll be comfortable in and warm enough in if it is chilly! (I'll be in a white dress so just don't copy me okay?)

Where?

Good Question!
