Shuttle

A shuttle will be available to get people from the Hampton Inn & Suites-Downtown to the wedding venue leaving at 3:40 sharp. The bus pick up location is across the street from the hotel at the Jacksons Gas station. The bus is a yellow school bus with "Caldwell Transportation Company" on the side. Ubers and Lyfts are available if you would like to leave at a different time. Our drivers name is Lori - please treat her well!! <3 BUS SCHEDULE 3:30 - Bus arrives at Jacksons to pick up hotel guests 3:45 - Bus leave for venue 9:00 PM - First bus leaves from venue back to Hampton Inn and Suites 10:45 PM - Second bus leaves from venue back to Hampton Inn and Suites 12:00 PM - Last bus for cleaning crew leaves from venue back to Hampton Inn and Suites
Flight
The Boise airport is the best place to fly into. The wedding venue is a 30 minute drive from the airport.
Hotel
We’ve selected the Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Downtown as a hotel option for you in Boise. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown. To make reservations over the phone, simply call the hotel directly at (208) 331-1900 and reference the LARREA/ROMENESKO Wedding to receive our wedding discount. To make reservations online, visit their website and select the desired dates of stay. Click the ‘Special Rates” button, and type ‘WED’ in the promotion code box. This will apply the wedding discount to all room types, just make sure to mention the LARREA/ROMENESKO wedding in the reservation notes when booking! We recommend making your reservation soon as the rates may be less and more room options may be available. Please feel free to stay at another hotel, you will just have to arrange alternate transportation to the wedding venue.

This hotel is a more budget-friendly option and closer to the venue if you do not want to stay in downtown Boise. The room block rate is $149 per night, and you have to call and mention the "Larrea/Romenesko wedding" to get the rate. An added bonus - the hotel restaurant is Meagan's family restaurant! :)

House Or Rental
There are lots of Airbnb options in the area. Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and Kuna are all within 45 minutes of the venue.
Travel Note
Uber and Lyft are readily available in the Boise area. Plan to request a ride up to 30 minutes before you are wanting to leave the wedding venue because it does take some time for the drivers to get to the venue.
