Question

What days will the couple be there?

Answer

We will be getting there on Tuesday the 10th and staying until the 14th (at least)! We will have a small, intimate ceremony the 12th. Everyone is welcome to come as long/little as they can.

Why are you holding a wedding on a random Thursday?

Answer

It's actually not as random as it seems! We decided on 3.12 because our dating anniversary is 12.3. We switched the numbers around. Also, a Thursday on the lake in off season is a good way to keep this private.

What will weather be like?

Answer

Expect rain, maybe a little sun, but ultimately chilly. Bring layers and raincoats. Luckily, this is right after Daylight Savings so we will get a longer day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! (But we also understand if parents want a solo trip)

Will you have wedding parties?

Answer

Nope! We're keeping it simple. Just us and the lake.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We rented a house big enough for everyone to come hang out at. There's indoor/outdoor space and multiple fireplaces. We don't have anything official planned but we will be hanging out at the house the night before and would love to see you.

What should I bring? How can I help?

Answer

Bring yourselves! If we need help with anything, we will let you individually know. Be mindful that Port Angeles is the biggest town nearby and if you are not staying in town, you will not have any facilities or stores near you. It is Olympic National Parks off season and nothing will be open once you leave Port Angeles. No restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and don't count on much cell service. Pack accordingly :)
