Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park, CA

We LOVE the National Parks hence why we chose to get married at one. Yosemite National Park is one of the most magnificent places in the world (at least we think so)! We really encourage you all to check out the park while you are up there. If your time allows, stay an extra few days to explore all the beauty Yosemite has to offer. Glacier Point is open this time of year, as well as Tioga Pass. Both are seasonal roads that are closed in the winter so now is the time to see some of the most magical scenery in the Sierras. Please read the FAQ for the new RESERVATION system put into place in 2024. You must obtain a reservation ahead of time to get into the National Park on October 5th and 6th. You do not need one for weekdays. If any of you need recommendations for lodging or camping after or before the wedding, we are happy to send you some. Here is a list of our favorite hikes and things to do around the area.
