Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 pm to ensure enough time to be seated before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, so please do not be late!
Yes! There will be a shuttle to take guests to and from the wedding venue. Shuttle service will available to and from Fairfield Inn and Suites. The shuttle to the ceremony will take place from 2:45-3:45PM (2 trips), with the last shuttle arriving to the venue at 4:15 to ensure our guests enough time to find their seats. The shuttle services returning to Fairfield will take place from 9-11:30PM, the last shuttle will take place 30 minutes after the reception has concluded. For those of you staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, it is walking distance (10 minutes) to and from the Fairfield Inn and Suites.
Yes! Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, so grab a drink and enjoy!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
We are having an unplugged ceremony! We want our friends and family to be fully present during our ceremony so we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony has concluded.
