John will tell most people that Taylor lied during their first date when she professed to "loving" NASCAR. According the Taylor, "all is fair in love and 'dating in your 30's.'" The life long punishment for lack of integrity is spending time watching NASCAR with John. If asked to describe their first date, both will say that neither got off on the right foot. Taylor was 1 hr and 45 minutes late and John couldn't stop fumbling around restaurant furniture out of nervousness. Thank goodness for BBQ though, which made things better for both of them.
