Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than April 1st. Please RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do! However, we want our guests (and parents!) to be able to relax and enjoy themselves. We have chosen to make our special day for adults only. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Our suggesting attire is semi-formal. If you have a gown or tux that you have been dying to wear, please do! If you would feel more comfortable in a cocktail dress or suit, go for it!

Where should I park?

Answer

Free parking is available on site. Guests can leave their cars overnight if needed! A map on where to park is at the top of the page, please use The Event Entrance. Please note, there is a flight of stairs at this entrance, if you or anyone in your party needs elevator assistance please see the question below.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Please note, the main entrance guests enter and exit will require guests to take one flight of stairs. If you are unable to do so, there is a separate entrance with an elevator. There are closer parking spots to this entrance, please see the map at the top of the page, you will use the "Elevator Entrance." Our event coordinator will meet you at this entrance to escort you to the elevator and event space. Please contact Taylor or Joe if you plan to use this accommodation, so we can give our event coordinator a list of guests to expect at this entrance.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests will be able to enter after 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15pm, this will give you plenty of time to park and to find a seat. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, guests will not be able to enter once the ceremony has started.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away, and silent/ turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives. We'd hate for a well-meaning person's phone to block that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will take pictures with close family and the wedding party after the ceremony. You will get to enjoy drinks and snacks for cocktail hour. The reception will follow.
