Joe and Taylor were set up through mutual friends, better known as Mr. & Mrs. Eddie & Reanna Beirne. They knew they would hit it off and planned a meet-up at one of Taylor and Joe's favorite spots, Lakewood Truck Park.

Despite the initial (mildly awkward) first encounter that being set up always entails, Joe and Taylor hit it off. The couple sat on the patio of The Wine Bar during a "Rosé All Day" celebration. They enjoyed live music, the most unattainable and delicious rosé known to man (seriously, it's called Liquid Geography and nearly impossible to find), and each other's company. The couple thought it was perfect; some would even say they both had permanent smiles for the next week.

The couple fell fast and hard. In the winter of 2021, Joe, Taylor, and Q were so confident in their relationship that they rented their first house together in Lakewood. From the look of the house, it was nothing special. The siding was peeling, the hole in the roof made a home for squirrels, the radiator never quite worked properly, and splinters from the original hardwood floors were countless. Nonetheless, the couple made it into a home, and their love grew more and more each day.

On what seemed to be the coldest winter day in Cleveland, Joe took the plunge and proposed to Taylor in front of the vast scape of Lake Erie. Joe thought he was pretty smooth, but Taylor knew something was off because who goes for a walk by the lake in twenty-degree weather? Taylor didn't have to think about the answer, as she knew how she would respond to that question the moment she met Joe. Afterwards, the couple spent the day with family and celebrated the beginning of their love story.

The couple bought their first home in Kamms Corner. A lovely, century-old Cape Cod situated on a quiet street. Their favorite part is the large front porch, where they can often be seen enjoying coffee (and wine). They look forward to filling the home with love and lasting memories.
