Preferred Hotels

To accommodate our large number of out of town guests, we have secured room blocks in two Raleigh areas, North Hills and Crabtree Valley. While shuttle transportation will be provided from our selected hotels in both areas, we highly encourage you to stay at the AC or Hyatt House hotels, space permitting, as this is where the bridal party will be staying and there are a greater variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance from these hotels. If any of the room blocks are full when you try to make your reservations, contact Beth Dennison at 513-545-7995 so we can see if additional rooms can be added. Please note, our venue is in a remote area that is not serviced by Uber/Lyft so we discourage staying in Airbnb's or other hotels due to the difficulty the challenge of securing transportation.

Just down the block from the AC Hotel, it also offers close proximity to dining, shopping, wedding activities and a Harris Teeter grocery store. Room block rate: $209 per night The AC Hotel has a lovely rooftop bar and is one of our two preferred hotels due to its proximity to restaurants, shopping and wedding activities. Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU)

The Raleigh Durham airport is an only 20 minutes from both the North Hills and Crabtree hotels.

Shuttle

Shuttle Bus for the Wedding

October 5, 2024 4:00 pm

A shuttle bus will be picking guests up from the AC Raleigh North Hills, The Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills, The Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Crabtree Valley and The Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Crabtree Valley before the wedding and dropping guests back off at the hotels after the reception. Pickups will begin at 4:00 pm at the AC Hotel and the Hampton Inn. The buses will then move down to the neighboring hotels for 4:15 pm pickup at the Hyatt House and Hilton Garden Inn. Buses will return from the venue to all hotels at 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm. For your planning, our venue is located in a remote location and our guests WILL NOT be able to get Ubers/Lyfts home after the reception. We encourage you to utilize the transportation that we are providing.
