Meet and Greet

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We are so excited to have all our favorite people in the same place, and are so grateful to all of our out of town guests who are traveling to celebrate with us! We would love to visit with you before the big day to extend the time we have with you. Following the rehearsal dinner the bridal party will be gathering at Level7 Roof Bar at the AC Hotel, Raleigh North Hills. Shuttle Bus for the Wedding

4:00 pm

Shuttle buses will pick up guests at the AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills, Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills, Hamption Inn & Suites Raleigh Crabtree Valley, and the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Crabtree Valley to transport them to and from the Oxbow Estate. To ensure we secure a sufficient number of buses, please let us know if you will be taking the provided transportation. Buses will pickup at 4:00 pm at the AC Hotel and the Hampton Inn. The buses will then move to the neighboring hotels for pickup at 4:15 pm at the Hyatt House and Hilton Garden Inn. Buses will return from the venue to all hotels at 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
