Each guest will need to ask for the "Simmons Wedding" block at the time of the booking. The last day a guest will be able to reserve a room with the discussed group rate will be March 24th, 2022. Any reservations made after the cut-off date will be made based on availability and will be charged at the current rate for that room at that time. If a guest has already reserved a room and needs to cancel, they must cancel 24 hours before 4 pm. So the latest they would be able to cancel would be March 31st at 4 pm. - Each room will be $99.00 / night, regardless of the number of guests. - Pet fees: $20.00 for the entire stay - limit of 2 pets per room and 75lb weight limit. - Check-in time on April 1st will be at 3 pm. Early check-in is not available. - Check-out on April 4th will be at 11 am.
