Is there a dress code?

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, fun hats, cowboy/girl hats, and fascinators! We will be on a grassy and uneven landscape. I'd bring a pair of flip-flops for the dance floor!

Can I bring a date?

We will only have seating for those on the guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation's envelope. You will also be able to see this information when submitting your reply.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
April is a moderately hot spring month in Martindale, Texas, with an average temperature fluctuating between 77.5°F & 58.6°F. The average relative humidity in April is 74%.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the immediate family & bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can walk to the reception tent, where we will be serving finger foods, cocktails, and beverages. Dinner, Drinks, and Dancing to Follow!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
No. We have opted not to do the shuttles anymore due to the venue change. Luckily we are much closer now!

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The venue is a little tricky. From Interstate-35: > Take TX-80 S to FM 1984 (Pass all retail stores and go over the bridge) > Turn left onto FM 1984 (If you see the gas station, you've gone too far. Turn into that gas station, go through the parking lot and turn right onto the connecting street behind the gas station. Go straight through the light; you are now on FM 1984) > Proceed 0.4 miles > Turn onto Mill Rd. (There will be balloons to indicate the turn) > Go to the end of the road & proceed through the gate > Parking will be to the left!

Unfortunately, no. Please let us know if you need us to make these accommodations as soon as possible.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Yes! There will be Brisket, Braised Green Beans, Macaroni & Cheese, and Salad. Sweets & Midnight Snacks to follow!
