How do I know who in my family is invited? Are there plus ones?

Answer

Type a name of one person in your party on the RSVP page of this site, it will bring up your whole party as well as show if you have a plus one. You can RSVP for each guest there as well as pick your preferred entree, tell us any allergies, and request a ‘must play’ song!:)

What should I wear?? Is there a dress code?

Answer

ANYTHING FLORAL! A floral summer dress or romper, a floral Pash Mina or scarf, linen shirt and trousers, or a floral tie or pocket square, even floral shoes or headband! Whatever you're comfortable with! No need to buy anything new! Dress code, think yacht party, country club chic, summer fairy garden. Anything along those lines. Dressy and put together but comfortable. Also bring layers as it’s summer in the Northland and we don’t know what it will be like! Hoping for 70s and a light breeze with zero to low humidity.

Where should I stay and when should I book?

SCHEDULE SOMETHING NOW! Summer is VERY popular time for tourists in the northland so places could fill up fast! Unfortunately there will be NO HOTEL BLOCKS, every hotel in the Duluth and Superior area do not offer summer blocks due to the busy time of year. (I know we are upset too!) But, there are motels and campsites nearby the venue in Brule, WI. There are also plenty of hotels in Superior and Duluth, specifically try looking in the Canal Park or Superior area.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! You better dance!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Of course! We love kids! We will have a bouncy house and plenty of outdoor games. The barn is surrounded by a private open field so your kids can run around and have fun!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking you RSVP by June 16th so we can finalize everything for the wedding in August.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we weren’t able to get a bus, but for the ceremony you can Uber and for the reception try to find a place that’s super close by, or schedule an Uber. (40 minute drive from Superior) We will also stop serving hard liquor a couple hours before dancing is done for the night so people can hydrate.
