When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 15, 2026, so we can finalize our guest count and make sure we have plenty of food, seating, and all the special details ready for everyone celebrating with us. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as unable to attend. We completely understand that not everyone may be able to make it, and while we’ll miss celebrating with you on our big day, we’re grateful for your love and support. Thank you so much for helping us make our wedding day as smooth and special as possible. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!

What colors should guests wear?

Answer

We’ve had several people ask about our wedding colors! Our bridesmaids will be wearing sage green, our groomsmen will be wearing tan, and the bride will be in ivory/white, so we kindly ask that guests avoid those colors if possible. If you’d like to match our rustic-chic vibe, we love earthy and muted tones like terracotta, rust, dusty blue, muted teal, mustard, mauve, and other natural-inspired colors. At the end of the day, we want you to wear something you feel great in and come ready to celebrate with us—we can’t wait to see everyone there!

Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream to allow the bride to shine in her dress!

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Shack in the Back in Odessa, Texas.

Yes! We can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family—kids are more than welcome.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cowboy Casual (Men) Think button-down shirts, jeans, and boots. Feel free to add a hat or blazer if that’s your style! Cocktail Attire (Ladies) Stylish and elegant, but not as formal as black tie. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or chic heels are all perfect options.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There’s plenty of on-site parking at Shack in the back!

Is the venue inside or outside?

Answer

Most of us have been to Shack in the Back, but for those who haven’t, please note that the venue is primarily outdoors. We recommend dressing comfortably and planning accordingly for unpredictable Texas weather.

Can we give cash instead of a gift?

Answer

Absolutely! We have a cash fund available on our registry if you’d like to contribute.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll have a cash bar at our wedding! Be sure to bring some cash to enjoy drinks throughout the evening.
