Our story started in the most unexpected way—at a high school soccer game. What began with a simple picture together that night quickly turned into late-night conversations and a bond that grew stronger every day. We officially started dating during the COVID year, which meant we didn’t get to see each other as often as we wanted, but it also made us cherish every moment we did have. From our very first trip to Dallas for a soccer game to all the adventures since, we’ve become not only partners, but best friends who share so much in common. The proposal was everything we could have dreamed of. While taking “couples pictures,” Cristian surprised me by dropping to one knee, turning what I thought was just another pose into the easiest “yes” of my life. Now we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by our favorite people—you!
