What parking will be available?

Answer

Street parking is available. Additionally, Webster Garage is a public parking garage located within walking distance from UNION, the wedding venue.

Are the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at UNION, located at 1721 Baltimore Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM on April 3, 2021. A cocktail hour will take place after the ceremony. Dinner and the reception will follow the cocktail hour.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We would prefer ladies to wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen to wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outside?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be inside.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so that we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 4:30 PM.

Are children or plus one's welcome? How do I know?

Answer

Due to guest restrictions regarding COVID-19 regulations, we are limited in our guest count. We ask that only those listed on the RSVP insert attend.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We have a block of hotel rooms available to reserve at a discounted rate at Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City/Downtown Convention Center. More information can be found on the "Travel" page.

Is the event venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The event venue has ramps and elevators to meet accessibility needs.

Will food and drinks be served at the event?

Answer

Dinner will be served following the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Drinks will be available as well.
