We met in 2009 during our freshman year, at Winnetonka high school. We developed a close friendship through our shared interest in Theater. Each year our friendship would grow more. By the time we graduated high school, we were best friends. By October 2014, there was an undeniable connection and we were finally an item.

Colin had been planning a surprise date. The only details that Taylor was given were to dress nicely, and be ready by 12pm. Colin isn't the best at surprises so Taylor knew that there was something special coming. He took her to Chez Elle, their favorite French breakfast place (one of their first date spots). He told her that they had reservations at 5pm, but no where to be until then. They spent the entire day around the city shopping and spending quality time together. The reservation was at Le Fou Frog (a french restaurant that they went to when they first started dating). Later, Colin took Taylor on a carriage ride around the Plaza. Colin pulled a ring out of a napkin and finally popped the question!
