Paros by Plane

To get here, you can fly with Aegean Airlines, Olympic Air, or Sky Express, which all offer direct flights from Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". While Paros is a charmingly small airport with just two gates, you can also find direct flights from major European cities like Amsterdam, London, Paris, Zurich, and Munich depending on the season. Since flights to Paros tend to sell out quickly, we recommend booking as soon as you find one that suits your travel plans. We highly recommend allowing ample time between your arrival flight from the US and your connecting flight to Paros. This will help minimize the risk of missing your flight to the island (take it from experience... yes, this has happened to Christina and she does not recommend).

Paros by Ferry

If you prefer a scenic journey, arriving in Paros by ferry is a great option. The ferry ride is more than just getting from one place to another—it's a chance to enjoy the stunning views of the Greek islands. From Athens: Ferries to Paros depart regularly from the port of Piraeus in Athens, offering a picturesque voyage across the Aegean Sea. Ferries from Athens will make a few stops and take anywhere from 3 to 7 hours, depending on the type of boat (some are high-speed ferries, some are not). From Other Islands: You can also find ferry connections from other beautiful islands such as Mykonos, Naxos, Ios, Milos, Folegandros, Santorini, and Crete which usually make a few stops and can take 40 minutes to 6.5 hours (depending on the departing island). Another option is to fly to nearby islands such as Mykonos, Santorini, etc., and take a quicker ferry to Paros. Ferryhopper.com is the best way to search for and purchase ferry tickets to Paros. The main ferry boat companies are: Hellenic Seaways, BlueStar Ferries, and SeaJets.

If you plan to spend a few days exploring Paros, we highly recommend renting a car or ATV. Additionally, if you rent a car from the Athens airport upon arrival, you can bring it with you on the ferry to Paros. Just make sure to select a ferry that is able to take vehicles on board when booking. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We are happy to let you know that on the wedding day, we will have transportation shuttles organized for easy access to and from the venue. Details and schedules will be provided closer to the date, ensuring everyone can enjoy the celebration without any worries about getting there.
